Exam Guidelines

Before You Begin

Examination Guidelines

Please read and follow these guidelines carefully. Adhering to these instructions ensures a smooth examination experience and protects the integrity of your results.

Technical Requirements

  • Use a desktop or laptop computer (smartphones not recommended)
  • Chrome or Firefox browser — latest version required
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps)
  • Webcam and microphone must be enabled
  • Screen resolution of at least 1280×720 pixels
  • Disable browser extensions and pop-up blockers

Before the Exam

  • Log in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled exam time
  • Keep your government-issued photo ID within reach
  • Ensure your room is well-lit and quiet
  • Close all unnecessary tabs and applications
  • Do not share your exam link with anyone else
  • Ensure your device is fully charged or plugged in

During the Exam

  • Manage your time wisely — all questions carry equal marks
  • Read each question carefully before answering
  • Do not refresh the page or navigate away
  • You may use rough paper for calculations (no digital tools)
  • Timer is visible at all times — keep track
  • Click Submit only when you are ready to end the exam

After the Exam

  • Results are available in your dashboard within minutes
  • Certificates are issued automatically upon passing
  • You can download and share your certificate from the dashboard
  • Request a review within 7 days if you believe there is a discrepancy
  • Re-examination may be scheduled after a 30-day waiting period
  • Contact support for any post-exam queries
