Examination & Certification | International Skill Excellence Council of India™

ISECI (International Skill Excellence Council of India™) follows a structured examination and assessment process designed to evaluate learners' knowledge, understanding, and relevant skills. The assessment process may vary depending on the course or certification program.

Registration

Candidates register for their selected course or certification program and provide the required information and documents.

Learning & Preparation

Candidates complete the prescribed learning material, training, or course requirements before appearing for the assessment.

Examination / Assessment

Eligible candidates participate in the applicable examination or competency assessment. Depending on the program, the assessment may include online examinations, practical assessments, assignments, projects, or other evaluation methods.

Evaluation

Submitted assessments are evaluated according to the applicable course or program requirements. Candidates must achieve the prescribed qualifying criteria to successfully complete the assessment.

Result

After completion of the evaluation process, candidates are informed of their assessment result through the designated communication channel.

Certification

Candidates who successfully meet the requirements of the respective program may receive a certificate documenting their successful completion, assessment, or demonstrated competency, as applicable.

Certificate Verification

Where certificate verification is available, the authenticity of an issued certificate can be checked through the designated verification facility using the certificate number or other required details.

Technical Requirements

Use a desktop or laptop computer (smartphones not recommended)
Chrome or Firefox browser — latest version required
Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps)
Webcam and microphone must be enabled
Screen resolution of at least 1280×720 pixels
Disable browser extensions and pop-up blockers

Before the Exam

Log in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled exam time
Keep your government-issued photo ID within reach
Ensure your room is well-lit and quiet
Close all unnecessary tabs and applications
Do not share your exam link with anyone else
Ensure your device is fully charged or plugged in

During the Exam

Manage your time wisely — all questions carry equal marks
Read each question carefully before answering
Do not refresh the page or navigate away
You may use rough paper for calculations (no digital tools)
Timer is visible at all times — keep track
Click Submit only when you are ready to end the exam

After the Exam

Results are available in your dashboard within minutes
Certificates are issued automatically upon passing
You can download and share your certificate from the dashboard
Request a review within 7 days if you believe there is a discrepancy
Re-examination may be scheduled after a 30-day waiting period
Contact support for any post-exam queries

Any attempt to cheat, impersonate, share exam content, or exploit the system will result in permanent disqualification and may be subject to legal action.

Identity & Eligibility

Only the registered candidate may appear for the examination.
Valid government-issued photo ID must be kept accessible during the exam.
Any attempt to impersonate another candidate is grounds for permanent ban.
Your email and login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
Eligibility is confirmed only after document verification is complete.

Prohibited Actions

Use of mobile phones, tablets, or secondary devices during the exam.
Copying, screen-recording, or photographing exam questions.
Referring to books, notes, or websites during the examination.
Communicating with others (in person, online, or via phone) during the exam.
Using any AI tools, chatbots, or answer-generating software.
Switching tabs or minimising the browser window.

Time & Submission Rules

Late entry is not permitted — exam starts automatically at the scheduled time.
The exam timer cannot be paused for any reason.
Candidates must submit before the timer expires or results may be voided.
Do not close the browser tab — this will be treated as an exit violation.
Internet disconnection must be reported immediately via the exam chat.
Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.

Violations & Penalties

Tab-switch violations are recorded automatically and may disqualify you.
Three or more violations result in automatic exam termination.
Disqualified candidates forfeit their examination fee.
Re-examination eligibility is subject to a review process.
Fraudulent certificates, if discovered, will be permanently revoked.
International Skill Excellence Council of India™ reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraud.

By entering the unique certificate number, users can check the available certificate details and confirm the corresponding record maintained by the Council. The verification facility promotes transparency, authenticity, and confidence in the certification process.
