1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information as part of delivering our courses, examinations, and certification services:

• Account Information: your name, email address, phone number, and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form) when you register for an account.
• Identity & Eligibility Documents: photo ID, passport-size photograph, and signature that you upload as part of course enrolment and exam eligibility verification.
• Course & Exam Activity: enrolments, content progress, exam attempts, answers, scores, and any recorded exam-integrity events (such as tab-switch or full-screen exit detection during a proctored examination).
• Payment Information: course fee payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We store the resulting transaction reference, order ID, and payment status — we never collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our own servers.
• Certificate & Verification Data: the details printed on an issued certificate and the unique verification code used by the public certificate-verification tool.
• Communications: messages you send us through the Contact page, along with any consent declarations you sign electronically before an examination.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser/device details, and basic usage data collected automatically to keep the platform secure and functioning correctly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, and provide access to purchased courses;
• Verify your identity and eligibility to sit an examination;
• Process payments and maintain accurate enrolment and transaction records;
• Administer online examinations, including integrity monitoring during a proctored session;
• Generate, issue, and verify QR-coded digital certificates;
• Send transactional emails and updates relating to your enrolment, exam results, and certificates;
• Respond to enquiries submitted through our Contact page;
• Maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the platform; and
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers strictly to the extent necessary to operate the platform:

• Razorpay — to process course payments securely.
• Email delivery providers — to send account, exam, and certificate-related notifications.
• Legal & regulatory authorities — where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or governmental request.

Certificate holder name, course title, and issue date associated with a verification code are shown publicly through our certificate-verification tool, since verifiability is a core part of the certification we provide — this is limited strictly to what appears on the certificate itself.

4. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted password storage, encrypted-at-rest storage of sensitive configuration data, HMAC-verified payment confirmations, and access controls restricting who within our organisation can view your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we strive to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account, enrolment, examination, and certificate records for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter, to the extent necessary to honour certificate verification requests, resolve disputes, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account as described in Section 7 below.

6. Cookies & Session Data

We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and protect the platform against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 9. Note that deleting your account will also permanently remove associated enrolment, document, and exam records that are not otherwise required to be retained for certificate-verification or legal purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for learners who are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age without appropriate parental or guardian consent.
