Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, courses, examinations, and certification services offered by ISECI (International Skill Excellence Council of India™) ("we", "us", "our", "the Council"). By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Course Enrolment & Access

Course fees are displayed on each course page and must be paid in full through our payment gateway before access to the course content is unlocked. On successful payment, the course is added to your dashboard for your personal, non-transferable use. Course content, curriculum, and materials are provided for individual learning purposes only and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared with others.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change course pricing at any time; changes will not affect a course already purchased. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

4. Examinations & Academic Integrity

Certain courses require you to appear for an online examination before a certificate can be issued. By starting an examination, you agree that:

• The examination must be attempted personally by you, without unauthorised assistance from any other person or resource;
• Examinations may run in a monitored, full-screen mode, and actions such as switching tabs, exiting full-screen, or other flagged behaviour may be logged as an integrity violation;
• Repeated or serious integrity violations may result in the automatic termination of the exam attempt;
• You are permitted a limited number of exam attempts per course, as configured for that course, and results are released after a fair evaluation period; and
• Any attempt found to involve impersonation, cheating, or fraudulent conduct may result in disqualification, revocation of any certificate already issued, and suspension of your account.

5. Documents & Consent

Where a course requires identity or eligibility documents (such as a photo ID, passport-size photograph, or signature) prior to examination, you agree to upload genuine, accurate documents belonging to you, and to electronically sign the applicable consent declarations truthfully. Submitting false or altered documents is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of your account.

6. Certificates & Verification

On successfully passing the applicable examination, a digital certificate bearing a unique verification code and QR code is issued to your account. Certificates remain subject to verification through our public certificate-verification tool at all times, and may be revoked if we later determine that the underlying exam attempt involved a violation of these Terms, fraud, or an administrative error. Certificates issued by ISECI (International Skill Excellence Council of India™) reflect successful completion of the applicable internal course and assessment; recognition of a certificate by any third party (employer, institution, or regulatory body) is at that third party's own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum, question banks, certificate designs, trademarks, and platform software are the property of ISECI (International Skill Excellence Council of India™) or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in this content beyond a personal, revocable licence to access it for your own learning.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, interfering with the proper functioning of the platform, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the platform for any purpose other than genuine learning and certification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISECI (International Skill Excellence Council of India™) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reliance on course content or certification outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in exam fraud, or misused the platform in any way. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
